Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all our robots are sold with a 12-month parts warranty from the date of shipment. If you wish, we can also offer you an extended warranty!

Just like a new robot, a second-hand robot requires a regular preventive maintenance plan. We offer one-off or contract services for all the robots we sell.

It is entirely possible to ask us to configure a robot according to your specific needs. Whether you want to add software options, make mechanical modifications, or even paint it, we can adapt to your requirements!

We do our best to ensure shipment within 5 business days, subject to any requests for modifications or additional services that must be completed before shipment.
