Description

The KUKA 69-000-527 is a 22 Ω / 132 V / 800 W braking resistor for a robot drive system. It converts electrical energy returned by the motors during deceleration into heat.

Connected to the braking circuit, the resistor helps limit the rise in power circuit voltage when the motors act as generators. It forms part of the drive energy management system during robot slowing and stopping.
