Description

The KUKA 01-029-739 is a mechanical mastering dial gauge for axes fitted with standard mastering cartridges. It detects their mechanical reference position during robot mastering.

The gauge probe follows the cartridge’s measuring profile as the axis is moved. The indicated displacement identifies the mastering position, which is then related to the motor position measurement. This instrument is used during commissioning and after maintenance work requiring the axis to be mastered again.
